We are a non-profit organization and the Race Cards application is a free-App that is provided as-is. This means that we try our hardest to make sure it works in a way we intend for it to, but it may have issues from time to time. You agree that you accept this. If the App does not work, or your use of the App causes any damage to you or someone else through your use of the App, 904WARD is not responsible.
To use the Race Cards application, we collect some basic information about you – your name, email address, etc. Your browser or the operating system of your phone can also give us information about your IP address, the device’s unique fingerprint, etc. We collect this information to make the application better, to detect any issues, and to achieve our non-profit’s goals.
Sometimes, it is easier to use third party tools to make the application better. For example, you can download the application from your phone’s App Store or Play Store. Similarly, we may use an analytics tool from time to time to see how often the service is being used, how it is being used, what the issues are, etc. When we use these third-party tools, we sometimes have to share your personal information. When possible, we try to anonymize your data so that it is not personally identifiable. Even when we must share data with these third parties, they are under an obligation to not sell your personal information.
We do not sell your data. When we collect it, it is really just to make the application and the service better.
Cookies – almost every website uses them. We do too. So do some third-party tools that we use. You can delete your cookies and take away our authorization to save cookies on your device at any time from within your device’s operating system. Just know that some parts of the application may not work.
Right to be Forgotten – if you want your information deleted, please contact us.
We are a non-profit and do our best to make the world a better place. The government of the United States and the State of Florida offer us additional protections that may or may not limit your rights.
